What we do for you and your family....

You have several options when looking for help finding the perfect place for aging relavtives. There are the large referral services who are paid by the facilities to find them clients, free online listing agents, do your own research or us. We customize and personalize each and every clients needs.

Since, we are not paid by the facility there is no preferential referrals. We choose the homes that fit into your needs and budget. We take into account private or shared accomodations, private home or large facility, medical needs, physical needs, mental needs and the families financial needs. Providing a place is only the beginning, for it to be long lasting and peaceful for all involved, it must be financially feasible. We don't ever want to have to move your loved ones for financial reasons.

Our fee is one time. It includes all the research necessary to find the perfect home for your loved one or ones, documentation of credentials, interviews with you and your family, scheduling tours and meetings with prospective homes or facilities, assistance with all paperwork to insure ease of the move, assistance with any financial arrangements that need to be made, assistance with finding moving help if needed and being with the family on the day of move in if that is the families desire. I will also make several follow up visits in the following months to ensure compatibility, smooth transition and satisfaction. As life always changes, should your family member need to move to a different kind of facility in the future, I will assist you as I did the first time, for a small aditional fee. Usually the place they have been staying at, will have their own recommendations for your specific needs and you may not need me, if they do not then I will help you make the next change. And as the first time, we will do it with as little disruption as possible, with the same amount of care and diligence as we did the first time.
